I started attending Harvest Rock Church September 2016. My past church lost its young adult pastor and the ministry was in disarray so I started praying for God to lead me to a church with a ministry that I wouldn’t only find community in, but a Kingdom community to help build me up into who The Father has called me to be. A few weeks later I attended Harvest Rock’s young adult retreat without knowing a single person! God was faithful to bring me into the Kingdom community I had prayed for and even more.

At Harvest Rock I began to understand my identity not only as a servant, but a son. I grew with the people placed around me as we consistently sharpened one another in the Word and in life. It was discipleship and being in the presence of God that has helped shape me into who I am today.

I started serving in the parking lot, then a few months later led the team. Eventually I was called into the intercession team under Mama Lynette and served under her praying for the worship team for a few years. Through that time I became a life group leader and now have been called to help plant and grow the Harvest Rock OC campus under Pastor Jay and Brittany Koopman. God has blessed me more than I could’ve ever asked for by bringing me to Harvest Rock and I know there’s so much more to come.
